Thank you for shopping with Warbound. Every item is made to order, allowing us to create high-quality apparel specifically for each customer.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days before shipment.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 1–2 weeks

• International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

• High order volume

• Weather conditions

• Carrier delays

• Customs processing (for international orders)

• Other circumstances beyond our control

Warbound is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Warbound is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it enters production.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
